As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in filling client job orders with quality candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding and placement process. You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and internal teams while managing multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Process employee applications and ensure completion of new hire paperwork including I-9, W-4, direct deposit, benefits, and client onboarding documents
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, update records, and complete employee onboarding
• Use recruiting tools such as job boards, text messaging platforms, and sourcing software
• Conduct pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certifications
• Actively engage candidate leads to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Source candidates through networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Create accurate, compliant job descriptions
• Review resumes and conduct pre-screen and second-round interviews
• Write candidate submittal summaries highlighting qualifications and strengths
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
• Extend job offers and assist with employment negotiations when applicable
• Support payroll processes including hours collection and reconciliation
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service
• Strong professional communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and general computer systems
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring recommendations
Pay Rate
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour
