Your future work environment

You will be joining our team of seasoned CNC Manufacturing Technicians in our Montgomery, Alabama facility; you will also be involved into various manufacturing processes through collaboration with the production team members, such as supervisors, team leads, and operators to make our equipment and processes work faster and better

Your future role

• Be the expert that others will look up to for recommendations, ideas, information and training
• Be the interface between Engineering and Manufacturing team to ensure smooth and efficient communication and technical transfer
• Play a central role in our manufacturing process using our computerized system and forecasting tools connecting engineering and manufacturing processes
• Participate in new equipment design meetings and have your voice heard on how to marry the design to the manufacturing equipment possibilities to produce the desired outcome for our customers
• Help identify solutions to resolve manufacturing quality issues
• Have the opportunity to visit and train at our manufacturing facility in Canada

Required skills

• Technical degree in manufacturing technology or in a similar technical field or 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Solid Edge or any other 3D Modelling software and FeatureCAM
• Extensive knowledge of G and M Code Programming
• Extensive knowledge of CNC Mill and Lathe Tooling
• Extensive knowledge of raw material used at PT- type, size, length, etc
• Extensive knowledge of PT CNC Machine Capabilities/Limitation
• Extensive knowledge in metrology
• Strong Knowledge of PT Product Line and Parts
• Proficiency with layouts, technical drawings and work orders interpretation
• Communication skills- with other departments, vendors, etc
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks individually
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams Skills are a Plus
