Job Description
- Having at least 10 years of management experience in fast-moving goods regions (above prefecture level cities);
- Having work experience in the local fast-moving consumer goods e-commerce field and familiar with the operation of major e-commerce platforms in the area;
- Language: Proficient in Vietnamese, English, and Chinese (bonus points);
- Strong sales and team management and construction abilities, with strong planning and execution skills;
- Have basic financial knowledge and concepts, as well as experience in managing distributors/key retail customers. 1. Market and channel expansion
Responsible for managing and operating the sales business of the joint venture company in Vietnam, developing targeted market development strategies, actively expanding local sales channels in Vietnam, and extensively developing and maintaining high-quality distributor and end customer resources. Establish long-term stable cooperative relationships with large retailers and wholesalers to promote product distribution and sales growth. Collaborate with third parties or independently build online and offline sales networks to fully achieve the annual Vietnamese market goals set by the company, continuously improve market share and customer satisfaction.
2. Project Promotion and Operation Management
Lead the promotion of company project construction and the registration and admission process of products in the Vietnamese market, coordinate resources from multiple departments such as R&D, legal, and production within the company, ensure product compliance and market launch, and maximize cost-effectiveness.
3. Team leadership and collaboration
Establish and efficiently lead the Vietnam project team, clarify the division of responsibilities among members, develop reasonable work processes and performance evaluation mechanisms, enhance the overall execution and work efficiency of the team, and promote the smooth implementation of the project schedule.
According to the company's system requirements, actively carry out cross departmental collaborative work to ensure seamless integration of customer needs in various aspects such as marketing, sales, production, and after-sales, and improve the overall operational efficiency and customer service level of the company.
4. Market Insights and Strategic Planning
Conduct in-depth research on the fast-moving consumer goods market in Vietnam, regularly collect and analyze industry information, consumer data, and competitor dynamics, and output detailed and forward-looking research reports to provide strong support for the company's strategic decision-making.
5. Risk management and relationship maintenance
Accurately identify various risks in the operation process of projects in Vietnam, including market risks, policy and regulatory risks, competition risks, etc., and develop practical and feasible risk response strategies to reduce the probability and impact of project risks.
