Chef Andrew Carmellini is seeking an AM Bartender for The Portrait Bar in The Fifth Avenue Hotel . The Portrait Bar is open 9 :00AM to 5:00PM daily. Day time hours are exclusive to guests of The Fifth Avenue Hotel.

Chan’s cocktail list is a mix of modern and classic variations that evoke a sense of place. The menu is inspired by our collective travels and offers a fun but centered taste of the world. Some highlights include Cebu Island, a modern take on a beautiful day at the beach in the form of a clear cocktail with distinct flavors of coconut and calamansi, while Torino brings together everything that we love most about Italian aperitivo culture, breathing this feeling in the essence of a highball.Ideal candidates possess:
*A minimum of 2 years of experience in Fine Dining Establishments
*Warm and gracious service approach, and the ability to create stellar guest experiences
*The ability to lift 25 + pounds
*Comfortable speaking in front of a large group
*Open availability and career driven
