Schedule:
Days: 2-2-3 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Helps to maintain a safe, healthy, and organized working environment for all areas of the manufacturing and support process.
• Ensures all safety protocols and policies are understood and upheld through the use of various testing equipment.
• Leads the daily preparation & delivery of materials to the glaze line while ensuring that the team and the customer are always cared for. Prepares necessary materials for and from the I-Tech system.
• Responsible for filling out the Tank Tour Form daily, which is the inventory of glazes and pastes.
• Knowledge and ability to perform the following tests: liquid density, 325m residue, viscosity, and glaze slides for comparison to the lab standards.
• Ability to use the Gloss Meter & Colorimeter to understand color measurements. Ability to learn and understand color theory and color corrections. 
• Assists and/or perform and record results of all tests completed to assist in establishing baselines and analyzing trends.
• Ability to use and navigate software such as Windows & Microsoft Office, willingness to learn new software on the I-Tech and Batching Equipment.
• Ability to define opportunities, identify problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Monitors equipment and/or processes and ensures timely reporting of any unusual problems to the Glaze Prep Lead or the Technical Manager.
• Follows company operating procedures and guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as required. Core competencies include good oral and written communication skills.
