**About Us:**
Mile High Enterprises LLC provides professional cleaning, notary, and property support services to commercial and residential clients. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations and client communication.
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Manage calendars and booking systems
* Handle client onboarding and service follow-ups
* Update CRM, spreadsheets, and Google Drive
* Support staff scheduling and coverage
* Assist with basic administrative tasks
**Requirements:**
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience with scheduling tools (Setmore, Calendly, or similar)
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using Google Workspace and messaging platforms
* Ability to multitask and work independently
**Bonus Skills:**
* Experience in supporting cleaning, property management, or service-based businesses
* CRM or administrative support experience
