Job Description

Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Physical Therapist in the scenic state of New Hampshire, delivering specialized physical therapy care that changes lives. In this role, you’ll apply advanced orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation techniques across diverse settings, empowering patients to regain mobility, ease pain, and re-engage in the activities that bring meaning to their everyday lives. Picture guiding a weekend hiker back to the trail, assisting a new parent in reclaiming balance after surgery, or helping a retiree return to a cherished activity. Each patient interaction is a chance to influence independence, confidence, and quality of life. Beyond the clinic, New Hampshire’s natural beauty awaits—crisp mountain air, serene lakes, and vibrant fall foliage creating a backdrop for restorative downtime and outdoor exploration. Littleton, nestled in the White Mountains region, blends small-town warmth with access to outdoor adventures, while the broader Granite State offers a spectrum of experiences—from scenic drives to historic towns—making every assignment a meaningful balance of professional impact and personal renewal. Start Date: 02/02/2026, with assignments lasting several weeks and a weekly pay range of $2,343–$2,479. Guaranteed Hours: 0.0.

Location Benefits: Working in Littleton delivers a quintessential New England experience—easy access to hiking trails, ski slopes, and picturesque rivers, all set within a welcoming community that values teamwork and patient-centered care. The state’s natural grandeur provides a refreshing counterpoint to demanding clinical days, supporting well-being and resilience for traveling professionals. The travel model also opens doors to assignments across various locations in the United States, exposing you to a mosaic of practice environments—from outpatient orthopedic clinics and sports medicine centers to inpatient rehab units and skilled nursing partnerships. You’ll grow your clinical repertoire while building a robust professional network, gaining exposure to different payer mixes, documentation systems, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The location benefits extend to practical perks, including flexible housing options, local amenities, and the chance to explore small towns and vibrant cities between assignments. You’ll experience the unique benefits of practicing in New England while enjoying the mobility and variety that come with travel therapy, all backed by a support structure designed to help you thrive wherever you go.

Role Specifics and Benefits: In this role you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, formulate individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility retraining. You’ll educate patients and families on home programs and self-management strategies, document progress in electronic medical records, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to optimize outcomes. The opportunity for professional growth is built into the program: expand expertise in orthopedics, spine rehabilitation, or neuromuscular rehabilitation; pursue targeted CEU opportunities; take on mentorship or clinical lead responsibilities; and explore potential post-rotation extensions to build leadership experience. Compensation reflects strong market value: weekly pay between $2,343 and $2,479, with the potential for a bonus, plus housing assistance to ease relocation and lodging logistics. You’ll also have access to extension opportunities at compatible sites, enabling continuity of care with patients you’ve come to know and trust. A standout feature of the travel model is 24/7 support from the company, ensuring scheduling, safety, and logistics are managed promptly so you can focus on patient care without unnecessary friction. The role is designed with flexibility in mind: assignments are measured in weeks, and extension possibilities align with patient need and your professional goals. Note: Guaranteed hours are not guaranteed; hours are allocated based on site demand and staffing, but you’ll receive clear expectations and responsive support to help you plan your schedule.

Company Values: Our organization is committed to empowering every therapist on the team, prioritizing ongoing career advancement, comprehensive support, and a collaborative culture that respects your expertise. We invest in your professional development through education stipends, access to experienced mentors, and opportunities to broaden your scope of practice across diverse clinical settings. We believe a thriving therapist thrives in a thriving environment—where open communication, recognition of achievement, and a healthy work‑life balance are standard. By partnering with you, we aim to elevate patient outcomes while enriching your own clinical confidence and leadership capabilities. The supportive framework is designed to ensure you feel valued, heard, and prepared to grow—every step of the way.

Call to Action: If you’re a dedicated Physical Therapist who thrives on delivering patient-centered care, eager to explore new landscapes, and ready to amplify your impact across multiple settings, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today to join a team that respects your expertise, supports your development, and shares your commitment to empowering patients to move freely and live fully. This is your chance to contribute to exceptional orthopaedic and rehabilitative care while enjoying the distinctive beauty and opportunities of New Hampshire and beyond. Note again: Hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
