Role Specifics and Benefits: In this role you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, formulate individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility retraining. You’ll educate patients and families on home programs and self-management strategies, document progress in electronic medical records, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to optimize outcomes. The opportunity for professional growth is built into the program: expand expertise in orthopedics, spine rehabilitation, or neuromuscular rehabilitation; pursue targeted CEU opportunities; take on mentorship or clinical lead responsibilities; and explore potential post-rotation extensions to build leadership experience.
