The role:

We are looking for a licensed Telehealth Physician to support our mission to radically improve access to high-quality brain health and dementia care! In this role, you will function as a key clinician dedicated to evaluating and managing patients' brain health needs as part of a multidisciplinary team. Our physicians partner with therapists, neurologists, psychiatrists, and more to support clients during their brain health journey. 

This position is available as a  full time W2 or 1099 independent contract role.

Who you are:

• You hold an active MD/DO license in good standing in all (or almost all) 50 states
• Board-certified with an MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Geriatrics, behavioral health, and/or Alzheimer's disease and related disorders experience strongly preferred and a minimum of 2+ years' experience
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care
• Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledgeable in crisis response
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, proprietary EMR, etc.); able to provide own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards
• Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality brain health and dementia care
• An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred 

How your skills and passion will come to life at Isaac Health:

• Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients; 60-minute initial sessions and 30-minute follow-up sessions
• Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability
• Ensure the most beneficial level of treatment is implemented for our patients
• Evaluate and assess that proper documentation and appropriate interventions are being implemented
• Fulfill any state-specific requirement as a collaborator (attendance in meetings, etc.) 
• Must be clinically strong, function autonomously and competently, and utilize critical thinking skills to provide appropriate triage care
• Each nurse practitioner or other clinician that you supervise will do roughly an hour of work per individual per month (must abide by state rules and regulations)
• Create your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability! The scheduled time must fall within the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time.
• Work alongside other like-minded clinicians that have a common goal to positively impact the lives of others, and create an environment that leads to favorable outcomes for patients
