Job Description
We're looking for a Lead UX Researcher to uncover user pain points and improve product usability. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone comfortable working independently and training others.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research: interviews, focus groups, shadowing, usability tests.
Recruit participants, create screeners, and run concept tests.
Analyze user stories and metrics (clicks, task completion) and combine qual + quant insights.
Deliver actionable findings and enable teams with templates and training.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years UX research in enterprise environments (finance a plus).
Experience with focus groups, usability testing, and mixed methods.
Ability to work solo and mentor others.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
