Job Title: Salesforce System Integration Engineer

Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)

• Experience working on complex, large-scale projects, as a System Integration Engineer.
• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and end-to-end solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM implementations.

• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale, multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce environments.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield, data encryption, and platform security features.
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Define comprehensive enterprise architecture blueprints covering business processes, integrations, data models, security, and application components.
• Design and deliver multi-cloud Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and agency requirements, leveraging Salesforce capabilities such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
• Establish system boundaries, architectural guardrails, data models, integration patterns, and environment strategies.
• Extend Public Sector Salesforce solutions and standard data models to meet agency-specific requirements.
• Architect reusable, multi-agency solution patterns, including shared intake and engagement frameworks across portals and omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure agency use cases (e.g., child welfare, licensing, investigations) align with standardized Salesforce accelerators rather than isolated custom solutions.
• Design end-to-end data flows and enable cross-agency reporting and analytics.
