**Job Title: Mailroom Production Associate - Digital Print & Insertion** **Pay Rate:** **$** **18.55/hour** **Schedule Options:** + **Schedule 1:** Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM + **Schedule 2:** Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM **Position Summary** Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking motivated and detail-driven **Mailroom Production Associates** to support a corporate mailroom. In this role, you will work with sensitive healthcare information in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 production environment. You will be responsible for operating high-volume digital printers, folding and inserting documents into envelopes using large production inserter machines, and carrying out various mailroom functions to meet strict deadlines. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication are essential. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate large production digital printers to complete assigned print jobs. + Fold, insert, and prepare materials using high-volume inserter machines. + Verify print jobs against documentation for accuracy and completeness. + Apply postage and prepare outgoing mail according to established workflows. + Maintain a high level of organization and meet time-sensitive production deadlines. + Handle and protect confidential healthcare information following all compliance requirements. + Support general mailroom operations throughout the shift. **Top Skills & Requirements** + Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite** . + Ability to be **on your feet for most/all of the shift** in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs** (e.g., boxes of envelopes and paper). + Strong multitasking, time-management, and communication skills. + Ability to follow detailed workflows and documentation accurately. + Reliability and strong work ethic are a must. **Why Join Us?** If you can balance professionalism, customer service, compassion, and teamwork, you will thrive in this role.
