A community Clinic near Santa Clara, CA is seeking a   Licensed Social Worker   to join their team. Details are listed below.

Pay Rate: $80,000 - $112,000 / Annually

Licensed Social Worker Opportunity:

• Full-time or Part-time, direct-hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  
• No on-call or after-hours work required
  
• LCSW or LMFT will report to the Counseling Director
  

Licensed Social Worker Responsibilities:

• The Licensed Social Worker will oversee case management by developing treatment plans and connecting clients with resources
  
• The Licensed Social Worker works alongside psychiatrists, physicians, and other medical professionals to ensure clients receive the services they need
  
• Help clients understand their own strengths and areas for growth
  
• Assist clients in developing plans using their strengths to overcome obstacles
  
• LCSW or LMFT will see all age groups
  

Licensed Social Worker Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related fields
  
• LCSW or LMFT in CA Required
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
