We are seeking a Leadership Development Trainee to join our Austin team. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into leadership positions within our organization. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of logistics operations while developing the skills needed to lead teams and drive performance.
Responsibilities
Participate in rotational programs across different departments to understand end-to-end logistics operations.
Support managers in team coordination, workflow planning, and performance monitoring.
Assist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
