The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating an exceptional experience for all guests of the WM PHOENIX OPEN. Ambassadors must be able to effectively communicate verbally and written information. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Ambassador to maintain the cleanliness, comfort, safety, and overall appearance of his/her assigned area. Ambassadors must be able to offer assistance to attendees throughout all areas of the WM PHOENIX OPEN.
