WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A DENTAL INSURANCE COORDINATOR
As a Dental Insurance Coordinator you will begin by verifying patient coverage collecting all necessary information to prepare patients for their visits. You will then process claims and handle follow-ups with providers to ensure timely reimbursements. Throughout the day you will engage with patients to communicate their benefits clarifying any questions to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. You will meticulously maintain accurate patient records and documentation while coordinating with staff to facilitate a seamless patient experience. Problem resolution will also be part of your daily routine as you will address any issues regarding claims or patient inquiries ensuring that solutions are provided promptly.
