Team OTR-CDL-A Truck Drivers- 84 CPM Split -Avg 3,000-5,000 mi/wk 

Independent Contractor with FedEx Ground looking for an experienced CDL A driver to join an established linehaul company. Currently have unassigned OTR runs available for a team out of Kansas City, MO. All the runs are drop and hook, no touching of freight is required. Team drivers need to be flexible with their schedule, depending on how much they want to work average weekly trip miles are between 3,000-7,000 miles per week. Offering competitive pay (team rate), flexible schedule, and dedicated trucks in most cases. Great opportunity for the right team!

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age, have at least 1 year of verifiable CDL A driving experience within the last 3 years, be proficient in the English language, and must pass a road test;
• Must have doubles endorsement;
• Must have an up-to-date DOT physical card;
• Must be able to pass DOT and random drug screens;
• Must be willing to work weekends as needed;

Responsibilities:

• Safely transporting freight between various locations over long distances;
• Carefully planning routes to ensure that deliveries are completed promptly;
• Maintaining the company truck, which includes washing and cleaning it, changing oil and water, monitoring tire pressure, and performing minor repairs as needed.
