We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/NACs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs) , with priority given to caregivers available for weekday late afternoon/evening and overnight (NOC) shifts .
Weekend caregivers receive an additional $1.50/hour for all Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Availability: Monday–Friday, between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM
Ideal for caregivers who enjoy later-day schedules and providing evening support to clients.
Availability: Approximately 7:00/8:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM
Weekday and weekend openings available
A great fit for caregivers who prefer quiet, consistent overnight hours.
As a CNA or HCA, you will support clients in living safely and comfortably at home by:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Supporting mobility and safe transfers
Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
Taking and recording vital signs
Assisting with meals, feeding, and hydration
Performing light housekeeping and ensuring a safe home environment
Providing companionship and emotional support
Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation
Current NAC/CNA or HCA certification
Experience in home care, long-term care, or other healthcare settings
Experience with Hoyer lifts , dementia care , or end-of-life (hospice) care is a plus
Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
