Job Description

Due to rapid growth, Lone Star Distributions, Needs door to door canvassers and lead specialists. No selling! Setting appointments directly for our reps. Must dress sharp, be outspoken, charismatic, energetic and confident. Workdays are Monday through Friday. Our base salary is $1000.00 weekly per company agreement plus bonuses and 3 to 4 company sponsored vacations per year. Apply today start tomorrow.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively navigate assigned territories to engage with potential clients.
• Set up appointments for prospective customers with our sales team.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and image that aligns with the company’s values and standards.
• Use provided scripts to communicate the value of products and services accurately.
• Provide feedback to management on customer interactions and opportunities for improving engagement strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to hone skills and improve performance.
• Handle rejection professionally and continue daily tasks with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• No specific educational requirement; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Entry-level position; no previous job experience required.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role involving public interaction is beneficial.
• Strong ability to set appointments and manage personal schedules effectively.
• Highly approachable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the day.
